The Online Support/ CSR Assistant will be working alongside Supervisors and Managers as is necessary.
Minimum of 5 CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English.
Must be 18 years and older.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work a 24-hour shift system.
Corresponding with customers on various communicative platforms.
Answering the phone.
Having face-to-face interactions with customers, etc.
