Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and fabrication processes. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Valid welding certifications (e.g., AWS, CWB)

● Proven experience in welding and fabrication

● Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment

● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

● Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

● Valid driver's license (preferred)

Working Conditions:

● Position-Full-Time

● Hours of Work 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday. Working hours may vary depending on assignment schedules and business needs.

● Work environment- Industrial Office Setting and team oriented.

Welding:

○ Perform various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding

○ Ensure weld quality meets industry standards and company specifications

○ Maintain welding equipment and supplies

Fabrication:

○ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

○ Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using various tools and machinery

○ Fit and align components to ensure proper fit and function

○ Grind and finish welds to meet required tolerances

Quality Control:

○ Inspect fabricated products for defects and conformance to specifications

○ Implement quality control measures to ensure product quality

Safety:

○ Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

○ Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

○Maintain a c lean and organized work environment
