Auto Electrician (trainee)

Auto electrician trainee to work with a senior auto electrician. Working on 12v and 24v systems on Cars, Vans, Canters, Trucks, Cranes, Forklifts etc...

You will be trained.

• Some experience within the relevant field is a plus

• Ability to operate diagnostic equipment is a plus

• Knowledge of both petrol and diesel auto systems is a plus

• Ability to identify electrical components

• Ability to read and write legibly

• Ability to operate necessary electrical testers and other related devices.

• Perform electrical checkup and diagnostic of all auto electrical components

• Perform regular (after) cleaning up and maintenance of the entire workstation

• Identification of faulty parts after a diagnostic check

• Ensure all tasks are safely performed safely

• Ensure basic checkups of auto electrical systems are carried out in a timely manner

• Identify potential faulty parts (due to wear and tear) and advise the supervisor 

• Undertake related training, workshop, and information sessions when required
