Gurchuran Investments Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Clerk to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations across our business units, including catering, logistics, retail, and services.
Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related field
At least 1–2 years’ experience in an accounts or finance role
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable with spreadsheets)
Experience with accounting software is an asset
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision
Professional, confidential, and dependable
Key Responsibilities
Process and record invoices, receipts, and payments
Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records
Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management
Prepare supporting schedules for VAT, expenses, and supplier payments
File and organize financial documents (digital and physical)
Assist with monthly reporting and audits when required
Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on billing matters
Support the CFO and management team with accounting and admin tasks
