Description

Gurchuran Investments Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Clerk to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations across our business units, including catering, logistics, retail, and services.

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related field

  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in an accounts or finance role

  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (must be comfortable with spreadsheets)

  • Experience with accounting software is an asset

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision

  • Professional, confidential, and dependable

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and record invoices, receipts, and payments

  • Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records

  • Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management

  • Prepare supporting schedules for VAT, expenses, and supplier payments

  • File and organize financial documents (digital and physical)

  • Assist with monthly reporting and audits when required

  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on billing matters

  • Support the CFO and management team with accounting and admin tasks
