Providing financial support to ensure the efficient operation of an organization’s finance function. The role involves managing financial records, processing transactions, supporting budgeting and reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. Finance Administrators work closely with finance managers, accountants, and other departments to maintain accurate financial information and support decision-making.
Five subjects CXC including CAT, English & Accounts/Business.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in using MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time
Maintain up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and documentation
Track expenditures against budgets and flag variances
Compile financial data for management reports and audits
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information
Assist with system updates and process improvements
Record Sales and Account Receivables to the system
