Porter

The Porter is responsible for supporting daily store operations by handling goods, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting staff to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. This role involves physical tasks, organization, and coordination across both the home store and bike store.

• Ability to perform physical work including lifting and standing for extended periods

• Basic knowledge of handling home goods and bicycles is an advantage

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Reliable, punctual, and well-organized

• Willingness to work flexible hours

• Load, unload, move, and organize merchandise within the home store and bike store

• Assist with receiving deliveries and preparing items for display or storage

• Maintain cleanliness and order in storage areas, sales floors, and back-of-house spaces

• Support sales and warehouse staff with stock handling and setup

• Safely transport goods between store areas or locations as required

• Assist customers when needed with carrying items or basic inquiries

• Follow health, safety, and store procedures at all times
