Minimum of an associate degree is highly preferred
A minimum of three (3) years of business office experience is required
Prior experience supporting senior management or an executive with global reach is highly preferred
Must have a demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, multitask, and organize efficiently required
Ability to work in a team environment, and have exceptional customer service and a high degree of professionalism required
Minimum of two years of related work experience and/or relevant training
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Manage and protect confidential documents and information.
Ensure that sensitive data is stored securely and only accessible to authorized personnel.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, organize, and maintain files and records, including confidential reports and correspondence.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and written correspondence, with discretion.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Organize logistics for meetings, such as booking venues and arranging for necessary equipment.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and in working order.
Coordinate with other administrative staff to maintain efficient office operations.
Exercise a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.
Handle sensitive issues and information with tact and discretion.
Provide direct support to executives, including preparing briefing materials and managing their schedules.
Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address them.
