The Driver/Office Assistant is responsible for transporting employees, delivering documents, and packages while maintaining the company's vehicle.
A solid secondary education
A minimum of five (5) years driving experience
Knowledge of motor vehicle maintenance and defensive driving is an asset
A valid Police Clearance
Safely drive company's vehicle to deliver/collect mail, documents, and supplies.
Maintain accurate logbooks for mileage, fuel, trips, and maintenance.
Perform daily checks, report defects, ensure the vehicle is kept clean and road-ready.
Interact professionally with clients, staff, and the public.
Assist with clerical tasks like photocopying, or other office support when not driving
