NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB SUMMARY 

The Human Development Generalist is responsible for supporting the various functions in the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. He/She would serve as the primary contact for the front office, supporting both employees and management while ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year of experience in HR.

  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management, business, or another related field.

  • Customer service experience would be a plus.

  • Understanding of local labour laws and disciplinary procedures

  • Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Maintain employee records.

  • Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Prepare various employment documents such as contracts, job letters, etc.

  • Facilitate meetings with staff on employment matters, including disciplinary hearings.

  • Supports with payroll preparation.

  • Administering benefits, such as medical insurance.

  • Process offboarding.

  • Perform any other tasks or functions as assigned.
