NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB SUMMARY
The Human Development Generalist is responsible for supporting the various functions in the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. He/She would serve as the primary contact for the front office, supporting both employees and management while ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of experience in HR.
Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources Management, business, or another related field.
Customer service experience would be a plus.
Understanding of local labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficiency in MS Office
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Maintain employee records.
Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding processes.
Prepare various employment documents such as contracts, job letters, etc.
Facilitate meetings with staff on employment matters, including disciplinary hearings.
Supports with payroll preparation.
Administering benefits, such as medical insurance.
Process offboarding.
Perform any other tasks or functions as assigned.
