Chief Internal Auditor

Muneshwers Limited and Subsidiaries are seeking a strategic and accomplished Chief Internal Auditor to establish and lead a modern internal audit function. Reporting directly to the Board Audit Committee, you will provide independent assurance and advisory services across the entire Group. This is a high-impact role critical to safeguarding assets, enhancing risk management, and improving operational integrity.

• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent) is essential.

• Minimum 5-8 years of audit experience, with at least 5 years in a senior internal audit leadership role within a large group or diversified organization.

• Deep knowledge of IIA standards and corporate governance best practices.

• Proven track record in engaging with boards and audit committees.

• Experience in building or transforming an audit function is highly desirable.

• Develop and execute a risk-based annual audit plan for the Group.

• Evaluate and improve governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

• Present findings and recommendations to the Board Audit Committee and senior management.

• Lead investigations and fraud reviews as necessary.

• Build, mentor, and manage an internal audit team.

• Advise management on process improvements and compliance.
