Description

The Forklift Operator will assist the team in safely operating on-site forklift to move materials around the facility ensuring efficient loading, unloading, and inventory management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Minimum)

  • NSC Lift Truck Operator Training Certificate

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Forklift Operator

  • Must be able to handle physically demanding tasks and long shifts in cases of emergency.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

·       Safely operate forklift to move, transport, and store materials within the facility.

·       Loading and unloading cargo from trucks, vessels and containers

·       Optimize loads to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

·       Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries while operating equipment.

·       Conduct routine checks and maintenance on forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition
