Description

The Customer Care Representative assists customers with various queries and inquiries in completing relevant forms regarding policyholders accounts and other financial and non- financial transactions.

Requirements

·       Five (5) subjects at CXC Examinations, Grades 1-3.  Mathematics and English Language are compulsory subjects.

 ·      Must be computer literate.

 ·      Experience in customer service will be an asset.
