Marketing & Content Strategist

The Marketing & Content Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This role requires someone who can create compelling content, manage social media platforms, coordinate digital marketing initiatives, and maintain a consistent brand presence across all channels.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or digital marketing.

• Experience managing social media platforms for a business.

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools.

• Understanding of content marketing best practices.

• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.

• Photography and videography experience is considered an asset.

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.

• Produce high-quality written, visual, and video content showcasing our products and projects.

• Manage company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Develop monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate photo and video shoots of completed projects, products, and company activities.

• Monitor social media engagement and respond to customer inquiries when necessary.

• Optimize our social media content and improve online visibility.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials, brochures, presentations, and proposals.

• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

• Assist in planning trade shows, exhibitions and unit launches
