Description
We are seeking disciplined, reliable, and highly motivated individuals to join our security team as Security Officers. Successful applicants will be responsible for protecting personnel, company assets, and property while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and safety.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
Be a citizen of Guyana.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be of good character with no criminal record.
Be medically fit and physically capable of performing security duties.
Be eligible for appointment under the applicable laws and regulations governing security personnel in Guyana.
Possess sound literacy and numeracy skills, demonstrated through successful completion of primary and secondary education.
Have previous military service (Guyana Defence Force or equivalent military service).
Be willing and able to work in remote interior locations on a rotational schedule.
Be prepared to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
Protect company personnel, facilities, equipment, and assets.
Monitor and control access to company premises.
Conduct routine patrols and security inspections.
Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and security incidents.
Prepare accurate incident, occurrence, and daily activity reports.
Enforce company policies, safety standards, and security procedures.
Liaise with management and law enforcement agencies when required.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
