Description
To provide effective maintenance and repair services to branches, departments, and valued customers, ensuring that the Company’s infrastructure is maintained in line with established guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 O’ Levels Subjects
Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical, Plumbing, or Masonry) from a recognized institution.
At least 2 years’ experience in similar position.
Strong organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate basic computer literacy.
Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with solid technical competence.
Ability to meet deadlines with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance to internal staff on electrical, plumbing and general maintenance procedures to ensure issues are addressed safely and effectively when they arise.
Executes maintenance and repair tasks as assigned by the Supervisor, ensuring completion within stipulated timelines.
Assist in sourcing electrical, plumbing and general maintenance parts at the most cost-effective rates by conducting price comparisons across approved suppliers.
Ensure all company tools and materials are properly secured, well maintained and kept in excellent working conditions.
Conduct inspections of equipment across all company locations and submit reports outlining findings and recommendations to extend the lifespan of company assets.
Support the Maintenance Supervisor in the preparation and completion of both visual and written Facility Audit Reports for all facilities assigned.
