Data Entry Clerk

Panther Security Service Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining security-related records, and reports while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

• Five (5) subjects including English Language and Mathematics at the CXC- Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate.

• Must be computer literate.

• Experience in a similar position.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work well under deadlines and in a team-oriented environment.

• Ensure locations time sheets are accurately updated on a daily/weekly basis.

• Processing of uniforms and update inventory.

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems

• Maintain records related to security personnel, schedules

• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed

• Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents

• Assist with generating reports and summaries for management

• Ensure sensitive and confidential information is handled securely

• Follow company policies, procedures, and data protection standards

• Support administrative staff with general clerical tasks as required

• Any other duties assigned by the Administration
