IT Technician

MAEC Enterprises is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and assisting with technology-related projects across the company.

• Certificate/Diploma in Information Technology or a related field

• CompTIA A+ with one year experience in similar position

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role

• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and basic servers

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliability and professionalism

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and peripherals

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues

• Perform system updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity checks

• Assist with setup and maintenance of IT equipment at office and project sites

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and issues

• Support IT needs related to office operations

• Put customers satisfaction at the very top of your priority list

• Attend site visit with clients

• Repairing or replacing damaged hardware etc.
