Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily construction site activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will supervise workers and subcontractors, monitor project progress, and maintain accurate site documentation while ensuring compliance with safety requirements.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• At least 2 years’ experience in construction site supervision.

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and site management.

• Ability to effectively coordinate workers and subcontractors.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to monitor work quality and project progress.

• Willingness and ability to work on-site.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

• Supervise daily site activities and construction operations.

• Coordinate and oversee workers and subcontractors.

• Monitor the quality of work and ensure construction standards are maintained.
