Description

Ensure the proper functioning of the store by coordinating and monitoring all related areas, through the application and enforcement of the company’s established policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Completion of Secondary Education. Maths and English mandatory

  • Post Secondary Education in Management, Business Administration, Marketing would be an asset

  • Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in sales positions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience managing inventories

  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.

  • Must have a valid drivers licence for car/van.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing all commercial and operational processes of the store, including administration and supervision of store staff; in charge of the financial area (reviewing funds, performing cash counts, reviewing documentation, and verifying daily closings); customer service (sales, claims, and technical support).

Follow up on sales and maintain ongoing communication with customers.

Responsible for reviewing and controlling inventory levels, placing orders, and generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Plan and manage the prospecting route schedules for the sales advisor.

Provide support in quotations and follow-up for the sales advisor.

Manage the prospecting sales tool.
