Embroidery Machine Operator

As an Embroidery Operator, you will be the final touch on our premium garments. You’ll be responsible for setting up designs, monitoring machine runs, and ensuring every stitch meets our "Caribbean Excellence" standard.

• Previous experience in embroidery or industrial sewing is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail (no loose threads allowed!).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Setting up and operating industrial multi-head embroidery machines.

• Selecting correct thread colors and backing materials per job specs.

• Hooping garments accurately to ensure straight and centered designs.

• Performing basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Keep embroidery department clean and organized
