Warranty Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Warranty Coordinator to manage warranty claims and after-sales service for our Household and Hardware products. The successful candidate will ensure warranty requests are processed efficiently while maintaining excellent communication with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.

• Previous experience in warranty coordination, customer service, retail, or hardware/appliance industry is an asset.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of household appliances, tools, or hardware products is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar systems.

• Receive, review, and process warranty claims for household appliances, tools, and hardware products.

• Verify warranty eligibility based on purchase records and warranty terms.

• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and service technicians regarding repairs, replacements, or credits.

• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, service reports, and product returns.

• Communicate with customers regarding claim status, timelines, and outcomes.

• Inspect returned products when necessary to determine warranty coverage.

• Track warranty trends and report recurring product issues to management.

• Ensure all warranty processes follow company policies and manufacturer guidelines.

• Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and service teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
