OPERATIONS MANAGER

Castle Security Services Inc. is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our growing security firm. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a commitment to service excellence across all client sites. Must be a citizen of the Republic of Guyana.

🎯 Requirements:

* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar operations management role within the security industry. 

* Must be between the ages of 25-55 years.

* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 

* Proficient in security reporting, scheduling, and personnel management. 

* Sound knowledge of health & safety regulations and operational protocols. 

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. 

🔐 Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all field operations, ensuring service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations. 

* Oversee the performance of Operations Supervisors and site personnel. 

* Conduct site audits, client meetings, and risk assessments regularly. 

* Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and security coverage. 

* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. 

* Coordinate manpower allocation and deployment. 

* Respond to incidents and emergencies, oversee investigations, and provide detailed reports. 

* Manage client relationships and resolve operational issues promptly. 

* Facilitate ongoing training and professional development of staff.

* Maintain operational budgets, fleet management, and equipment readiness.
