The position holder will be responsible for assisting customers both walk-in and external. He/she will be required to act as a liaison providing product knowledge, answering questions, and resolving any emerging issues.
Minimum of five(5) CXC Subjects or Experience in similar field.
Greet Customers in a warm and friendly manner
Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services, suggest information about product and services.
Inform customers of sales promotions and services, warranties or terms of sale and process payments for orders.
Sell products and services.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint., determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment; following up to unsure resolution.
Receiving and sending of faxes.
Following up with customers on prices and orders received.
Attending to customers on the counter and over the phone.
