This Planning Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Georgetown. The successful candidate will evaluate and interpret data, develop and implement schedules, and forecast demand. This vacancy is ideal for someone who is very analytical, detail-oriented, process driven and able to translate data into clear, actionable insights. Collaboration across teams and clear communication of data-driven recommendations are also integral aspects of this role.
Experience
At least two years' working experience in a similar role specifically performing analysis on a regular basis
Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Acceptable: Diploma in any of the disciplines above
Skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using software/tools for data analysis
and reporting, including Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the ability to assess and report on performance metrics
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting insights and collaborating with teams
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Main Responsibilities
Ensure data is cleaned and validated
Automate simple repetitive tasks
Analyse a variety of Marketing, Operational and HR data to identify patterns and gaps
Prepare forecast of demand to support Operations and HR teams
Liaise with teams across the business to confirm staffing needs
Prepare staffing schedules, resolve scheduling conflicts and manage vacation roster
