STORES SUPERVISOR

Air Services Limited invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Stores Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily stores and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all stores locations.

• At least five (5) CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English or relevant qualification. 

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in warehousing and inventory control.

·         Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Stores Department.

·         Prepare staff rosters to ensure coverage for shifts, weekends, and holidays.

·         Develop and implement daily work plans for stores operations.

·         Ensure compliance with company procedures, Maintenance Procedures Manual (MPM), and regulatory requirements.

·         Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy across all stores locations.

·         Liaise with suppliers regarding purchase orders, deliveries, backorders, and invoices.

·         Maintain proper documentation flow between Stores, Accounts, and suppliers.

·         Enforce good housekeeping, safety, and proper storage practices.

·         Manage spares handling, issuance, receipt, storage conditions, shelf-life control, and stock integrity.

·         Assist with annual stock counts in collaboration with the Accounts Department.

·         Participate in supplier evaluation and recruitment activities.

·         Ensure staff training is conducted and records are properly maintained.

·         Assist with preparation of the annual budget.

·         Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
