Bus Driver

The Bus Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional transport of personnel, goods, and/or supplies between the commissary, branch outlets, and other designated locations. This role demands a strong sense of responsibility, adherence to road safety laws, and careful handling of cargo, ensuring efficient delivery and minimal delays across operational routes.

• Valid driver’s license appropriate to the vehicle classification (e.g., bus, minibus, or van)

• Clean driving record and familiarity with local routes and traffic patterns

• Prior experience in delivery driving or personnel transport preferred

• Basic mechanical understanding for identifying vehicle issues

• Reliable, punctual, and courteous with a safety-first attitude

• Ability to lift and carry light to moderate loads when assisting with deliveries

• Safely operate company vehicle(s) along scheduled routes between commissary, outlets, and other locations

• Transport goods as required while maintaining high standards of professionalism

• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any issues immediately

• Ensure that goods are properly secured and handled during loading, transit, and unloading

• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel, and delivery documentation

• Adhere strictly to road traffic laws, safety procedures, and company protocols

• Communicate delays, route changes, or concerns to dispatch or supervisors in real time

• Assist with the loading or offloading of goods, if required

• Keep assigned vehicle clean, organized, and properly maintained
