knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks).
High accuracy in mathematical calculations and data entry.

Billing and Inventory Clerk
MEDIPHARM is recruiting for a Billing / Inventory Clerk to support our operations. We are seeking an independent, motivated individual who will support the management and delivery of Billing and Inventory functions.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare, verify, and send invoices, credit notes and quotes to customers/sales team.
· Prepare and update product list weekly and disseminate to customers/sales team.
· Maintain accurate inventory counts by performing monthly cycle counts and reconciliations.
· Log and update inventory data (incoming/outgoing) .
· Oversee stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies are maintained.
· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics) to align billing with inventory movement.
