DDL is preparing to launch its new operation in Lethem, Region 9, and we are inviting interested persons to apply for the position of Operations Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the team driving the successful establishment and ongoing operational efficiency of this new location.
A bachelor’s degree from the University of Guyana or ACCA Level II
Three years’ supervisory experience in auditing/accounting/inventory management.
Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to prepare reports.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch including the Retail outlet
Preparing budgets and financial reports for the branch, ensuring expenses are justified and kept to a minimum.
Supervising and managing all staff
Managing the outlet’s inventory, i.e. adequate stock holding, proper trade age management, etc.
Managing daily cash, ensuring same is accounted for with sales reports and banked promptly.
