We are seeking an experienced and driven Call Center Manager to lead and scale a high-performance remote sales team. This role focuses on managing outbound sales operations involving warm leads and consultative, high-value offerings.
This is a build-and-lead position. You will play a key role in establishing the team from the ground up recruiting, training, and developing a team of sales representatives while implementing systems and processes to drive consistent performance and revenue growth.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing an outbound sales or call center team
Proven ability to lead teams to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Strong analytical mindset with experience using performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate effectively
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Experience managing remote teams and fostering accountability in a virtual setting
Background in consultative or high-ticket sales environments
Experience in coaching, training, or performance management
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Recruit, onboard, and train a team of sales representatives (setters and closers)
Establish and enforce daily workflows, call targets, KPIs, and performance standards
Monitor live and recorded calls, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Oversee lead distribution and ensure efficient allocation across the team
Track and report on key metrics including performance, conversions, and revenue
Identify performance gaps early and implement improvement plans or staffing changes where necessary
Develop and refine call scripts, sales playbooks, and objection-handling frameworks
Collaborate with recruitment/HR to support ongoing hiring as the team expands
