This position is responsible for working along in a team effort with the Administration Manager and Administrative Department in daily operations with the responsibilities of coordinating administrative tasks and supervision of ancillary staff to achieve the company goals outlined.
Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration or Management.
At least 3 years of experience in this position.
Candidate must be proficient in the use of computers and programs such as Microsoft Office Suites
Good command in preparing business reports.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Candidate must display a professional demeanor and pleasant disposition.
Must be able to multitask and function in a high paced environment.
Positive individual with excellent team-work skills.
Strong command of reporting and efficient in filing correspondence.
Provide administrative support to the administrative manager in completing assigned tasks.
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for the administrative manager.
Manage the Housing Complex which includes ensuring the expats have all necessary items .
Supervision of Ancillary employees at the housing complex ensuring all tasks are carried out in a assigned period.
Arranging of all ground transportation services for all ETK employees and expats
Coordination of camps operations, supervising cleaning/ kitchen staff, supervising ground/ water transportation
Planning of the rotation roster for the camps.
Develop a working relation with Human Resources, Health & Safety & Security and any other departments to ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
Assist/ conduct regular inspections in and around the camps, kitchen, and wharf facilities.
Filing/ scanning of all necessary correspondences.
Undertake any other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time to achieve the company goals.
Manage the hotel accommodation for locals and expats.
