SALES GIRL

The Sales Girl is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. She will support daily store operations, maintain attractive product displays, and help achieve sales targets.

• Previous retail or sales experience is an asset

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Basic math skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Greet customers politely and assist them with inquiries

• Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions

• Help customers select products based on their needs and preferences

• Process sales transactions and handle cash or POS systems accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor

• Arrange and restock merchandise attractively

• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary

• Assist with stock counts and inventory control

• Support promotional activities and in-store displays
