The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all warehouse and inventory operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant storage, handling, and distribution of materials, equipment, and spare parts required for operations. This role ensures uninterrupted supply to operations while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and cost control.
Diploma in, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Strong team player.
Computer literacy, including ERP systems and MS Office.
1. Supervise daily warehouse operations at the site, including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials and equipment.
Review inventory levels to ensure availability of critical spares and consumables while minimizing excess stock.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, maintenance, and operations teams to meet site requirements.
4. Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, including storekeepers and material handlers.
5. Prepare reports on inventory status, stock movements, and performance indicators for site management.
6. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transport scheduling and documentation.
7. Maintain warehouse equipment (forklifts, racking, lifting gear) and ensure inspections are up to date.
