You will deliver advanced facial treatments, educate clients on skin health, and contribute to an elevated, results-driven environment.

Requirements

Required Education and Training

  • Licensed or Certified Aesthetician (as required by local regulations)

  • Experience with HydraFacial and microneedling is strongly preferred

  • Solid understanding of skin physiology, conditions, and treatment protocols

  • Confident in client education and retail recommendations

  • Professional, polished, and warm bedside manner

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Perform customized facial treatments in accordance with spa protocols

  • Deliver and assist with advanced aesthetic services, including HydraFacial treatments and microneedling

  • Conduct thorough skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans

  • Recommend and sell retail skincare products aligned with client goals

  • Maintain impeccable treatment room hygiene and compliance with safety standards

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through trust, education, and results

  • Uphold the spa’s luxury service standards and brand values
