The ACCA/ATC lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in line with the ACCA syllabus and academic standards. The role involves supporting students throughout their learning journey by providing effective instruction, academic guidance, and assessment, while fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment through online platforms.

 Provide support to students to enhance the teaching-learning process.

 Integrate internal quality assurance procedures throughout the duration of courses.

Lecturers' Requirements,

- Strong background in accounting, finance, or education.

- CAT, ACCA qualification, or active student status preferred.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to inspire and motivate learners toward professional success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and presentations aligned with the ACCA syllabus and learning outcomes via ATC-approved online learning platforms.

- Implement and regularly review course content and lesson plans to ensure compliance with ACCA requirements and curriculum updates.

- Evaluate assessments, including assignments, quizzes, mock exams, and examinations, in accordance with ACCA standards.

- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.

- Offer academic support and guidance to students, including clarification of complex concepts and exam preparation strategies.

- Facilitate and guide the formation of student study groups to encourage collaborative learning and peer support.

- Conduct revision sessions and provide targeted support for students who require additional assistance.

- Monitor student engagement and progress, and proactively address learning challenges.

- Maintain professional communication with students, academic teams, and administration regarding course delivery and student performance.

- Stay up-to-date with ACCA syllabus changes, examination techniques, and best practices in accounting education.

- Uphold academic integrity, institutional policies, and ACCA regulations at all times.

- Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development activities.
