We are seeking a seasoned, execution-driven Head of Operations to lead and scale a growing, multi-brand food services business. This role is designed for a proven operator who thrives on accountability, process excellence, and measurable results.
This is not a caretaker role. The successful candidate will own execution across people, processes, profitability, and growth, driving operational excellence across multiple brands and locations.
8–15+ years of experience in food services, QSR, hospitality, or multi-unit retail operations
Proven track record managing multi-location operations
Strong financial and operational discipline, including labor optimization, food cost control, and EBITDA management
Demonstrated leadership and people-development capability
High ownership mindset, thinks and operates like an owner, not a caretaker
Experience scaling systems, processes, and teams in growth environments
Data-driven decision maker who uses KPIs and reporting to drive performance
Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-moving environments
Lead day-to-day operations across all food service brands and locations
Own operational P&L performance, cost controls, and margin improvement
Standardize SOPs, quality control, food safety, and compliance
Build and manage high-performing operations and site leadership teams
Drive productivity, waste reduction, and service consistency
Lead operational scaling, including new store openings and integrations
Establish KPIs and reporting for executive leadership
Partner with finance, procurement, HR, and brand leadership
