Logistics Supervisor

Zoon Inc. is looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead and coordinate our end-to-end logistics operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced shipping and operations environments and is passionate about efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

2. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, shipping, or operations, including supervisory experience

3. Strong knowledge of logistics workflows, shipment tracking, and order processing

4. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities

5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

6. High attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting abilities

7. Proficiency in logistics systems, sales panels, and standard office software
   

1. Oversee daily logistics operations, shipment tracking, and manifest processing

2. Supervise Order Processing, Logistics, and Virtual Teams

3. Ensure compliance with logistics workflows, policies, and service standards

4. Handle reroutes, uploads, splits, extras, and billing accuracy

5. Monitor department communications

6. Manage escalations, customer issues, and internal process challenges

7. Drive continuous improvement, SOP development, and operational efficiency
