The role of the janitor is to maintain high standards of sanitisation and hygiene of the restaurant areas. Performing ranging of duties such as sweeping, mopping etc and also ensuring compliance with health regulations.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks. .
Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Deep-clean kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, and dining areas daily to prevent cross-contamination.

Empty trash bins and manage recycling, ensuring proper waste disposal.
Restock restrooms and kitchen areas with cleaning supplies, soap, and paper products.
