The Retail Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service. This role includes supervising staff, managing inventory, handling customer service requests and concerns, preparing reports, and maintaining high store standards to support strong sales performance and a positive customer experience.
Previous experience in retail management (clothing or accessories preferred)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to lead a team and coordinate daily store operations
Computer literacy (POS systems, Microsoft Office)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
CXC subjects including Math & English
Oversee daily store operations and ensure company policies are followed
Lead and support staff: scheduling, training, time sheets, and performance tracking
Provide excellent customer service and resolve product issues professionally
Manage inventory: stock counts, storeroom control, and receiving shipments
Assist with purchasing reports and seasonal product planning
Support sales on the floor during busy periods
Prepare monthly reports (sales, staff commissions, cruise-ship sales, etc.)
Assist with marketing activities, events, and promotions
