We are looking for Customer Success Champion to resolve customer queries through phone, chat, ticketing using customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. If you enjoy interacting with customers with a respectful, empathetic and problem-solving attitude, then this is your DREAM JOB!

Requirements

1 year experience in a call center environment

Ability to multi-task

Flexible team player – supports the team well and able to makeshift adjustments on short notice

Competent use of Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  •  Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
