Bond Personnel

The Bond Personnel is responsible for the safe receipt, storage, picking, verification, and dispatch of pharmaceutical and FMCG products within the bonded warehouse, ensuring full compliance with company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and inventory control standards.

Qualifications:

• Secondary school certificate (CXC or equivalent)

• Basic computer skills

Experience in:

• Warehouse operations, bond, or stores

• Pharmaceutical, medical supplies & FMCG distribution

• Picking and packing

• Stock counting

• Loading and unloading goods

Ability to:

• Accurately pick products based on pick lists

• Verify quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates

• Maintain orderly shelving and storage

Basic understanding of:

• FIFO / FEFO principles

• Stock rotation

Ability to complete:

• Stock cards

• Bin cards

• Picking & dispatch logs
