Description

Our dynamic company is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our busy Managing Director. This office is located on Hero's Highway, and not at our Campbellville office.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment 

  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-profile clients and executives.

  • Strong technical proficiency with popular office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace

  • Adaptability to changing schedules and demands 

  • Experience in an administrative role such as Administrative Assistant, Office Manager.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments for the business owner, ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently 

  • Handling correspondence, including screening and prioritizing emails and phone calls, drafting communications, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders 

  • Processing highly confidential and critical information with utmost discretion and integrity 

  • Organizing and coordinating meetings, including drafting agendas and following up on action items 

  • Assisting with personal tasks and errands as needed, demonstrating flexibility and trustworthiness
