Our dynamic company is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our busy Managing Director. This office is located on Hero's Highway, and not at our Campbellville office.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-profile clients and executives.
Strong technical proficiency with popular office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace
Adaptability to changing schedules and demands
Experience in an administrative role such as Administrative Assistant, Office Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Managing complex calendars and scheduling appointments for the business owner, ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently
Handling correspondence, including screening and prioritizing emails and phone calls, drafting communications, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Processing highly confidential and critical information with utmost discretion and integrity
Organizing and coordinating meetings, including drafting agendas and following up on action items
Assisting with personal tasks and errands as needed, demonstrating flexibility and trustworthiness
