As a Bond / Inventory Clerk at Exclusive Pharmaceutical Supplies, you will play a vital role in ensuring that pharmaceutical products are stored, tracked, and handled in full compliance with regulatory and bonded warehouse requirements. This position is well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and dependable, and who understands the importance of accuracy and compliance in the healthcare supply chain.
You will work primarily in a controlled warehouse and bonded storage environment, handling pharmaceutical and medical products that require careful attention to storage conditions, documentation, and security. The role involves a mix of desk-based documentation work and hands-on inventory handling, including receiving goods, verifying batch and expiry information, and coordinating stock movement.
The environment is structured and process-driven, with clear procedures in place to ensure product integrity, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness at all times.
Diploma in Inventory Management, Logistics, or related field preferred (but not necessary)
Experience in inventory, warehouse, or bonded goods operations
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Basic computer literacy for stock tracking
Ability to work under regulatory and compliance standards
Experience handling pharmaceutical or medical products
Familiarity with FDA or Ministry of Health regulations
Knowledge of expiry-sensitive inventory management
Receive, verify, and record incoming of all company stock and assets
Tracks, expiry dates, and stock movement
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Ensure proper storage and security of stock and assets
Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
Assist with stock recalls, quarantines, and discrepancy reporting
Ensure compliance with FDA and warehouse standards and best practices
