Relevant technical or trade qualification applicable to the position.
Valid industry-recognized certifications relevant to the discipline.
Current offshore certifications where required (e.g., TBOSIET, CA-EBS, OGUK Medical).
Proof of competency or trade certification applicable to the role.
Minimum of 2–5 years' relevant experience in the oil & gas, energy, marine, petrochemical, or industrial sectors (role dependent).
Demonstrated experience working in onshore and/or offshore environments is considered an asset.
Experience working in accordance with international industry standards and client specifications.
Proven ability to work safely in high-risk operational environments.
Strong commitment to Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ).
Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and specifications where applicable.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexible and adaptable to changing operational requirements.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and continuous improvement.
Valid passport (preferred for regional assignments).
Willingness to travel and work on rotational assignments where required.
Ability to pass pre-employment medical examinations, drug and alcohol screening, and background verification.
Must be legally eligible to work in Guyana or Suriname, as applicable.
Perform assigned duties safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies, client requirements, and industry standards.
Maintain full compliance with Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Quality (HSSEQ) procedures at all times.
Operate, inspect, maintain, repair, or support equipment and systems relevant to your trade or discipline.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings, specifications, procedures, and engineering documentation where applicable.
Participate in toolbox talks, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), risk assessments, and permit-to-work activities.
Identify, report, and assist in resolving equipment defects, hazards, and non-conformities.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, inspections, maintenance activities, and equipment status.
Collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, contractors, and client representatives to achieve project objectives.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition.
Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to operational excellence at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned that are consistent with the role and operational requirements.
