Producer

The Producer is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects from concept to completion. This role ensures that all productions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company’s creative vision and brand standards

Qualifications & Experience

 • Proven experience as a Producer or similar role in media production.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
• Experience with scriptwriting and visual planning.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Project Management & Organization

• Plan, coordinate, and manage production timelines for video, photography, and media projects.
• Oversee projects from concept development to final delivery.
• Allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure efficient workflow.
• Track progress and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Creative Direction & Storytelling

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s vision and messaging.
• Guide the creative direction of projects to produce compelling visual stories.

Scriptwriting & Visual Planning

• Assist in writing scripts, outlines, and production briefs.
• Develop shot lists and production plans for shoots.
• Ensure all pre-production elements are well organized and executed.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact between clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, and talent.
• Ensure clear communication across all stages of production.

Production Oversight

• Supervise on-set production activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Problem-solve and make decisions during shoots to keep production on track.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Post-Production Supervision

• Review edits and provide feedback to video editors and designers.
• Ensure final content meets creative and technical standards.
• Approve final deliverables before release or submission.

Technical & Industry Awareness

• Stay updated on media production trends, tools, and techniques.
• Recommend improvements to workflows and production quality.
