Beauty Service Representative

As a Beauty Service Representative, you'll help clients discover the power of beauty. This role is about creating personalized experiences for every client.  If you love beauty and enjoy helping others feel confident, join us on the road to empowerment through beauty.

Qualifications/Experience:

·       At least 3 subjects C.X.C including Mathematics and English.

·       Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.

·       Strong passion for customer service and beauty.

·       Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn

·       Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.

·       Flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours.

·       Consistent and reliable attendance.

Applicants must have strong integrity of character, professional, and honest. Certificate in Cosmetology or Makeup Artistry and good knowledge of the makeup and beauty industry is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Understand customer's makeup and skincare goals and recommend products that help them look and feel their best.

·       Demonstrate Product Application: Showcase your knowledge in makeup application and skincare routines.

·       Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Be the first to know about the latest beauty trends and new products in the market and store.

·       Deliver Exceptional Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers. Provide excellent client service when clients arrive to pick up their orders or for the delivery of orders.

·       Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Be part of exciting sales events and promotions.

·     Maintain Store Environment: Help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store.
