Description

Provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office. The role involves handling routine office tasks and assisting staff as required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of Five CXC Subjects, Including Mathematics and English Grades 1-3

  • Previous experience is a plus.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and make payments to suppliers and service providers at their business locations.

  • Obtain official receipts and proof of payment for all transactions.

  • Ensure all payments are made accurately and to the correct recipients.

  • Safeguard company funds while in transit.

  • Maintain a log of payments made and deliveries completed.

  • Follow company financial policies and security procedures at all times.

  • Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
