Provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations of the office. The role involves handling routine office tasks and assisting staff as required.
A minimum of Five CXC Subjects, Including Mathematics and English Grades 1-3
Previous experience is a plus.
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Deliver and make payments to suppliers and service providers at their business locations.
Obtain official receipts and proof of payment for all transactions.
Ensure all payments are made accurately and to the correct recipients.
Safeguard company funds while in transit.
Maintain a log of payments made and deliveries completed.
Follow company financial policies and security procedures at all times.
Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
