Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
• At least two years of experience in Marketing, content creation, or Social Media Management, preferably within the Retail, or Hospitality sector.
Skills
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics) and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Content Creation
• Plan, create and curate high-quality and engaging content for all social platforms (photos, videos and copy).
• Coordinate with external designers or agencies for high-quality creative assets.
• Manage the content calendar and scheduling.
Branding
• Ensure strict adherence to our brand guidelines in-store, on signage, on packaging, and on promotional materials.
Product Launches
• Support the Marketing Manager in developing brand strategies for new products
• Designing and promoting product updates and specials
• Develop and coordinate all marketing collateral for new product rollouts.
Operations Support
• Support Operations team by developing the necessary marketing collateral (digital and print) to support events and promotions.
