The EPG Lead will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of technicians in the power generation area, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, reliably, and in line with safety and environmental standards. This role is key to optimizing performance across our service operations and supporting our customers' critical needs.
Five (5) CXC subjects, including Mathematics and English
Completion of CAT EPG Specialist certification
Minimum one year of experience at Level 2C
OR
At least two years of experience at Level 3A
Previous experience as a supervisor or overseeing teams would be an asset.
Coordinate daily schedules and technician assignments to ensure timely job completion
Monitor technician performance and supervise work in progress
Maintain traceability and accountability for all service calls
Allocate necessary resources (vehicles, tools, PPE, job details, etc.)
Review and approve parts lists generated by technicians
Conduct site visits to EPG customer locations to assess needs and provide solutions
Prepare operational reports including timecards, service reports, and contamination control records
Provide remote or on-site technical support to customers as needed
