1. At least three years in finance and accounting. Any experience in audit will be considered an asset.
2. Degree in accounting or second level ACCA
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Experience and knowledge of Microsoft office particularly excel spreadsheets
5. Experience in Peachtree and Sage50 considered an asset
6. Knowledge and experience with local tax laws considered an asset.
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations and invoice management and reconciliations
2. Liaise and coordinate with external auditors
3. Supervision of cash collections and payments
4. Assist in the management of payroll
5. Prepare and manage all remittances to overseas affiliated companies
6. Data entry of records into Sage50 and Peachtree
