General Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented General Superintendent to oversee all aspects of quarry operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production while maintaining safety and environmental standards. This leadership role requires effective management of personnel, resources, and processes to achieve operational goal.

• Proven experience in quarry operations or related field, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong understanding of mining and aggregate production processes.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards applicable to quarry operations.

• Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.

• Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements.

• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., MSHA, OSHA) are a plus.
